Refund Policy

NO REFUNDS. Every order is a custom-written, digitally delivered product, and all sales are final. Enter at your own risk.

What that means

• No refunds for a change of mind, for a heat level you didn’t like, or because you don’t like how the complaint reads.
• No refunds because a business declined to refund or compensate you. We never guarantee that any business will respond, refund, compensate or change its behavior.

The only exceptions

• We never delivered your order after payment.
• You were charged twice for the same order.

How to ask

For an exception, use Contact us with your order number, within 14 days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method; banks typically need 5–10 business days to show them.
